UPDATE 6/8/25: Hangar 13 has confirmed Mafia: The Old Country, which is set to release in just a couple of days time, will be PlayStation 5 Pro Enhanced at launch.
In a short post on social media, the team said this will include:
Support for Variable Refresh RateSupport for 120Hz displaysHigher dynamic resolution in both Quality and Performance modes

ORIGINAL 1/8/25: Mafia: The Old Country players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will be able to choose between Quality and Performance visual modes when the game launches in a week’s time.
Those who prefer a higher resolution should plump for Quality Mode, while those who would rather prioritise framerate should go for Performance Mode. The studio said Mafia: The Old Country will run at an “average” of 60fps when played in Performance Mode. The studio’s statement does not include Xbox Series S, which will presumably run at a lower framerate.
